Santa has officially retired. Or at least that's what it seems. The mall doesn't have the jolly old elf anymore, dressed up in the signature red suit with white trim. He's now all green. And League City won't have him either, opting instead for the even-more-secular Frosty the Snowman.
What's going on here? Has Santa been handcuffed by the P.C. police? Or maybe he's just taking longer to show up this year (it has been kinda warm lately)?
