It's been a great weekend, although kinda tough since we've been running here-and-there for a couple of weekends in a row. This morning, we went down to Midtown to the farmer's market down there, and picked up some good stuff.

Then we took the show back up to Beth and Brandon's loft and checked-out the Rodeo parade. Here's a picture of the three of us at the show. It was windy (I mean, REALLY windy), but the kiddos hung in there really well. We saw some marching bands and Stephen and Joshua both really liked watching them. Stephen can name almost every instrument nowadays (FYI - he stumbled on "clarinet", but I know he knows what a clarinet is!). Amy and Brandon both say they saw a UT (that's Longhorn Band) band member walking around downtown, but we didn't see the LHB this time around. Maybe next time, we'll try to check out itineraries to see when the LHB will play.

Sheila Jackson Lee was there, and Barak Obama (actually, it was just a person dressed like Obama).
