Zoo day today!  Since my 3-yr-old niece is in town, I was more than willing to take a half-day off and go to the zoo w/ her, Stephen and my mom.  REALLY, the reason I took the half-day was so that Amy could go spend some quality time with her stay-at-home-mom friends, but the zoo trip was a nice diversion.

We saw lots of animals including the meerkats.  They're pretty cute and seem to have quite a peronality.  Saw the elephants, but they're still making their new habitat.  They also had a 2-wk-old baby giraffe.  That was really neat.  Stephen had a good time.  It was hot, though.
